The Western Australian Seniors Card is an identity/concession/discount card issued by the Department for Communities of the Government of Western Australia.

Eligibility

Eligibility for issue of a Seniors Card requires the applicant to be resident in Western Australia, aged 60 years or over and be working less than 20 hours a week. A statutory declaration is required to be submitted.

Concessions

A range of concessions are available. These range from state government concessions (water, electricity, shire rates), to a range of business discounts. The card is combined with a Seniors SmartRider, which offers public transport concessions.

There are currently (December 2008) no formal reciprocal interstate arrangements, however, some organisations do recognise the card.
