Wichrowiec [viˈxrɔvjɛt͡s] (German: Wichrowitz, Wychrowitz; 1938-45: Hardichhausen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Janowo, within Nidzica County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) east of Nidzica and 49 km (30 mi) south of the regional capital Olsztyn.
The village has a population of 360.
