Wilhelm Henningsen (born 29 July 1904 in Husby, died 2 September 1939 in Danzig)[1] was an officer in Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine.

As a Oberleutnant (Naval Artillery), he commanded the Marinestosstruppkompanie from March 1938 until his death in the Battle of Westerplatte on 2 September 1939.[2]
