William Bruce Knight

In this name, the family name is Bruce Knight, not Knight.

William Bruce Knight (1786 - 1845) was Dean of Llandaff[1] from 1843[2] until his death.[3]

Bruce Knight was born in Braunton and educated at Exeter College, Oxford.[4] He held incumbencies at Llantrithyd[5] and Margam; and was a Prebendary of Llandaff Cathedral; and, from 1825, it's Chancellor.

He died on 8 August 1845:[6] His brother was an English barrister, known as a judge and politician.[7]
