William C. Clark
William C. Clark (born December 20, 1948 in Greenwich, Connecticut) is an American ecologist and environmental policy analyst, and Harvey Brooks Professor of International Science, Public Policy and Human Development at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.[1][2]
Life
He has recently completed a large collaborative study on "Learning to Manage Global Environmental Risks".[3]
