William Leong Jee Keen (simplified Chinese: 梁自坚; traditional Chinese: 梁自堅; pinyin: Liáng Zì Jiān; born 27 January 1957) is a Malaysian politician and the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Selayang constituency in Selangor. He is a member of the Parti Keadilan Rakyat in the Pakatan Rakyat opposition coalition.

Leong was elected to Parliament in the 2008 election, winning the seat of Selayang from the ruling Barisan Nasional coalition.[1]

Leong is also a lawyer,[2] and has three children.[3]
