William Richards (college administrator)
William Richards is a former president of SUNY Orange, located in Orange County, New York. He was the president there from August 1, 2003 through May 2015. Richards had administrative positions in various junior and community colleges throughout the country, including in Denver, Colorado, and Houston, Texas.
