William Tomkin
William Stephen Tomkin (1860–1940) was a watercolour coastal painter who exhibited in 1909 at the Royal Academy. He lived in Walthamstow Essex. Originally worked as an illustrator/draughtsman for General Pitt Rivers (see Oxford Museum) from c.1882-1890.
