The William Waterfield House, also known as the Waterfield Octagon House, is an historic octagonal house located at 308 3rd Street, South in Raymond, Iowa. Built in 1867, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 19, 1978.[1] The home features 2' thick walls with stucco finish and a sectional cone-shaped roof.[2]
