Wiluyuq Qucha (Quechua wilu dry maize reed, -yuq a suffix to indicate ownership, wiluyuq the one with dry maize reed, qucha lake,[1][2] hispanicized spelling Veluyoc Cocha) is a lake in the Andes of Peru. It is situated in the Puno Region, Carabaya Province, Crucero District. It lies southwest of the mountain Wiluyuq Urqu ("the mountain with dry maize reed", Veluyoc Orjo) and west of the mountain Ariquma and Ariquma Lake.[3]
