Witulin [vʲiˈtulʲin] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Leśna Podlaska, within Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Biała Podlaska and 103 km (64 mi) north of the regional capital Lublin.

The village has a population of 430.
