World Christianity
World Christianity is a term that attempts to convey the global nature of the Christian religion. In the Western world, the term often conveys a notion of “non-Western Christianity” which “comprises (usually the exotic) instances of Christian faith in ‘the global South’, in Asia, Africa and Latin America”[1] but, at times, also includes diasporic forms in Western Europe and North America.
