Inductees are unveiled on the date of England international fixtures at Twickenham.

The criteria for any inducted player is:

- To have been retired from the international game
- To have achieved ‘greatness’ in their international career

As well as the wall inside the Museum, the players are remembered around Twickenham Stadium on blue plaques.
