Xavier Rafael Veloz Perez (born 7 March 1989 in Valencia) is a Venezuelan male artistic gymnast, representing his nation at international competitions. He competed at world championships, including the 2010 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.[1]
