Xəzər TV, also spelled as Xazar TV and Khazar TV is a public television channel in Azerbaijan. It was founded on February 2009 by Ahmet Gül, Turkish entrepreneur who had previously worked for Samanyolu TV of Turkey overseeing several big projects.[1][2]
