YUL Condos is a large residential skyscraper complex currently under construction in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The towers will be located on René-Lévesque Boulevard at the corner of Lucien-L'Allier Street, near E-Commerce Place and the Bell Centre.[1]

The twin towers will be 38 floors and 120 metres (390 ft) tall, and consist of 873 condos. Phase 3 of the project also includes the construction of 18 rowhouses on Overdale Avenue. The promoter of the project is Kheng Ly.[2][3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9]
