Yacine Akhnouche
Yacine Akhnouche is a joint citizen of France and Algeria who confessed to having ties to Al Qaeda.[1][2]
Akhnouche is believed to have been an Al Qaeda recruiter. Akhnouche's alleged Al Qaeda associates include:[3]

Akhnouche was convicted and received an eight-year sentence for his role in planning an aborted millennium bombing of a Strasbourg cathedral.[4]
