Yao-Hsun Yang (Chinese: 陽耀勳; pinyin: Yāng Yàoxūn; born January 22, 1983 in Taitung City, Taiwan) is a Taiwanese professional baseball pitcher / Outfielder in the Lamigo Monkeys of CPBL. He has played in Nippon Professional Baseball pitcher for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks. Yang competed for Chinese Taipei in the 2006 and 2013 World Baseball Classic.[1]

On February 13, 2014 he signed a minor league deal with an invite to Spring training with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He was released on July 10.

He signed with the Lamigo Monkeys of CPBL in 2015.

Yang is a 5 ft 10 in, 190 lb left-handed pitcher. he throws a low 90s fastball, along with a slider, curveball, and a splitter. He mostly uses his fastball-slider combination in games.[2]
