Yayoi Matsumoto (松本 弥生 Matsumoto Yayoi, born March 8, 1990 in Shizuoka, Shizuoka) is a Japanese swimmer.[1] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed for the national team in the Women's 4 × 100 metre freestyle relay, finishing in 7th place in the final. She also competed in the women's 50m freestyle finishing with a time of 25.73 seconds in 35th place in the heats.
