Yenice is a small village in Gülnar district of Mersin Province, Turkey. At 36°19′N 33°24′E / 36.317°N 33.400°E it is situated to the southwest of Gülnar. The distance to Gülnar is 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) and to Mersin is 154 kilometres (96 mi) . The population of Yassıbağ is only 51.[1] as of 2012.
