Yevgeni Sergeyevich Popkov (Russian: Евгений Серге́евич Попков; born April 19, 1990) is a Russian football midfielder. In 2011, he played for FC Energiya Volzhsky.
He made his debut in the Russian Second Division for FC Energiya Volzhsky on April 17, 2011 in a game against FC Mashuk-KMV Pyatigorsk.[1]
