Yevhen Valentinovich Lapinsky, also Yevgeny Lapinsky, (Ukrainian: Євген Валентинович Лапинський, 23 March 1942 – 29 September 1999) was an Ukrainian former volleyball player who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1968 Summer Olympics and in the 1972 Summer Olympics.
He was Jewish,[1] and was born in the Krasnoye Zagorye, Voronezh, Russian SFSR.
In 1968 he was part of the Soviet team which won the gold medal in the Olympic tournament. He played all nine matches.
Four years later he won the bronze medal with the Soviet team in the 1972 Olympic tournament. He played four matches.
