Yllka Mujo
Yllka Mujo (born 15 October 1953) is an Albanian actress, especially known for her roles in Albanian movies during the communist regime.
Life
The Mujo family moved from Podgorica, Kingdom of Yugoslavia (now Montenegro), to Shkodër during the Monarchist period. Yllka Mujo was born in Tirana, on 15 October 1953. She was given the title of “Maestro of Arts” in recognition to her career in the National theatre.
She married, now divorced, Gjergj Zaharia, and had a son, Amos Zaharia, a film director; and a daughter, Elia Zaharia, an actress and singer who became engaged with Leka, Crown Prince of Albania in 2010.
