"Yo-Da-Lin in the Valley" is the debut single from Kid Rock, from his debut album Grits Sandwiches for Breakfast. Mike E. Clark helped to produce "Yo-Da-Lin in the Valley". The song mocks how his black friends didn't like going down on woman. He also uses the cadence of LL Cool J's Going Back To Cali to deliver is tongue in cheek one liner.
A college radio station, WSUC-FM 90.5 in Cortland, New York, was fined $23,750 by the FCC for broadcasting an uncensored version of "Yo-Da-Lin in the Valley".[1]
