"You'll Never Stop Me Loving You" is the debut single by Sonia. Written and produced by Stock, Aitken and Waterman, it was the only number one single in the UK Singles Chart for the Liverpudlian singer.[1] The song reached number ten on the US Billboard Dance/Disco Chart. The song helped cap a successful summer for Stock, Aitken and Waterman, becoming the sixth number one single they had been involved in during 1989.

Chart performance

"You'll Never Stop Me Loving You" was released in the United Kingdom in June 1989. It debuted on the UK Singles Chart at number 55 on 24 June 1989. It peaked at number one three weeks later, becoming Sonia's only number-one single there. The single was on the chart for thirteen weeks.[1] In Ireland the song peaked at number one and charted for eight weeks.

In Australia the song entered the charts at number forty-four on 17 September 1989. It reached a peak position of twenty-nine four weeks later. The song charted there for eight weeks. In other countries where the single charted, it reached peak positions mainly in the top thirty.
