Yuan Geng (Chinese: è¢åºš; 1917–2016), born Ouyang Rushan, was a Chinese politician and businessman; the founder of Shekou Industrial Zone, as well as a number of Shenzhen-based state-owned enterprises including China Merchants Bank and Ping An Insurance, and an early proponent of the reform and opening up policy.[1][2][3][4][5]
