Yuraq Q'asa (Quechua yuraq white, q'asa mountain pass, "white mountain pass", hispanicized spellings Yuraccasa, Yuraccacsa) is a 5,465 m (17,930 ft) high mountain in the west of the Chila mountain range in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Arequipa Region, Castilla Province, on the border of the districts Chachas and Choco.[2] Yuraq Q'asa lies south of Chila, the highest mountain in the range, and Chuqi Pirwa, southeast of Asnu Wañusqa and northeast of a lake named Qucha P'unqu ("lake reservoir", Cochapunco) and the peaks of Sirani and Q'asiri.
