Yuri Ivanovich Klyuchnikov (Russian: Юрий Иванович Ключников; born April 20, 1963 in Saratov) is a Russian professional football referee and a former player. He made his professional debut in the Soviet Second League in 1982 for FC Sokol Saratov.[1]
