Yuriy Smirnov
Yuriy Oleksandrovich Smirnov (Ukrainian: Юрій Олександрович Смирнов) (born 17 August 1948, Buy, Kostroma Oblast, Russia) is a Ukrainian politician. Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in 2001–2003. Colonel general of militsiya.
