In 1989, the group won "Gyzyl Payiz" musical festival.[3]

After Yuxu

Yuxu split due to Naghdaliyev and Eyvazov moving to Turkey. Eyvazov became a tattoo artist and Naghdaliyev continued to involve himself in music. Emin formed the group Sumgaitda Sirr in 2004 and is the only Yuxu member still living in Azerbaijan. Nematov lives in Moscow.
