Zahav is a Jewish Israeli cuisine restaurant that was founded in 2008. It is managed by head chef Michael Solomonov.[1][2][3]

History

The restaurant has been highly rated and selected as a spot to visit during the Pope's arrival in September 2015.[4] The restaurant was also rated 100 best wine restaurants by Wine Enthusiast.[5]

Critics believe the signature dish is pomegranate lamb shoulder with chickpeas.[6][7]
