In April 2015, Zeta was included in Gartner Inc.’s annual “Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Campaign Management for the second year."[7][8]

The company's set of Data, Email, Social, Search and Mobile solutions are used by Middle Market and Fortune 500 brands. With more than 600 employees[9] worldwide, the company has grown through acquisitions of technologies like Adchemy in November, 2013 to access that Company’s patented Machine Learning technology,[10] and Clicksquared in January, 2014 to access its Gartner-rated cross-channel marketing automation technology,[11] and changes in its business model.[4]
In July 2015, the company raised $125 million from Blackstone's GSO Capital Partners to grow its business through acquisitions[12] of data startup companies.[7] The company has been referred to as a 'Unicorn,' a "billion-dollar startup".[7]
Zeta considers its approach to data-driven marketing, Precision Marketing,[13] and it has been highlighted in articles and white papers.[14]
Zeta's CEO is David A. Steinberg.[15] Steinberg is a contributing writer on Wired and Huffington Post.[16][17]
