Zhang Liang (rower)

Zhang Liang (born 1987-01-14 in Jinzhou, Liaoning) is a male Chinese rower, competed for Team China at the 2008 Summer Olympics.[1]
Zhang gained international recognition when he failed to show up for the men's single sculls and was also disqualifed from the doubles event in line with international rowing rules.[2][3]
