Ziradei (community development block) (also spelt Jeeradei) is one of the administrative divisions of Siwan district in the Indian state of Bihar.

History and people

A great freedom fighter Pandit Baidya Nath Mishra was born at Khargirampur, Ziradei. He was fighting with Dr. Rajendra for free india. He was also the part of Quit India moment. A Statues has made up of his memory near his village Khargirampur. He was the great symbol of non-violence. He was also the member while constitution of India was building up. He was born on 1905 and dead 09 April 2001.
