Zonia Ysabel Baes Mejia (born August 26, 2001) is a Filipino teen TV personality, model, swimmer and an actress from Quezon City. She was first known when she became one of the teen housemates of the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: 737 and was evicted at Day 42 placed twenty-second. She was part of the teen-oriented show Luv U portrayed the role of Cedes. She is known as Blossoming Beauty Ng QC. She was part of the concert, Teen Power.
Personal life
Mejia's Family owns a small bakery. Her parents are strict and impose a curfew on their children, making her quite sheltered, but she does not mind. She is a swimmer, like her other siblings, and was able to use it to get a scholarship at her school to help her parents.[1]
Acting career
Pinoy Big Brother: 737
She entered the house on Day 2 via ASAP 20. She is a sweet girl and friendly. She was very close with Ylona, Kamille, Bailey and Jimboy. She was nominated on Day 15. But survived at the eviction night with the 2nd highest votes (23.40). And nominated again the next week. But survived again with the highest votes (32.16%). She was granted immunity with Jimboy and Franco on week 4. She was nominated the next after losing on the Big-Ating Concert together with Kamille and Jimboy. She was evicted on Day 42 garnering the lowest votes of 25.85%.
2015-present(After PBB 737)
She portryed the role of Mercedes Advincula at Luv U. She was also part of the episode of Maalaala Mo Kaya: Rosas . She also perform on It's Showtime Liits Dance and tied as a winner with Loisa Andalio and Joshua Garcia. She was paired with Alexa Ilacad.
2016, She plays a role on "The Bully, Bullied and the Bystander". A play event that happened on Valenzuela Astrodome last February 7. It was directed by Paul Ballano.
