Zu Shenatir (fl. 5th century Yemen) is known as one of the first recorded serial killers.[1] He was reportedly a wealthy man.
He lured young boys into his home with the promise of food and money,[2] stripped them naked and sodomized them. He then killed them by throwing them naked out of an upper story window of his home. He was only stopped when a would-be victim, named by one book as Zerash,[3] stabbed him.[4]
