The village (dark red) and the statistical district (light green) of Zuidermeer in the municipality of Wester-Koggenland.
Zuidermeer is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Koggenland and lies about 6 km west of Hoorn.
The statistical area "Zuidermeer", which also can include the surrounding countryside, had a population of around 480 on 1 January 2005.[1]
