Zymoscope

Zymoscope also known as zymometer or zymosimeter (Zymo- from Ancient Greek ζυμόω : to leaven) is an instrument used to determine fermentation efficiency of yeast by measurement of the amount of carbon dioxide produced from a given quantity of sugar. [1][2]
