Águia de Marabá Futebol Clube, usually known as Águia de Marabá, is a Brazilian football team from the city of Marabá, Pará.

History

Founded in 1982, the club turned professional in 1999. Currently, the chairman of the club, João Galvão, is also the manager of the team. In the 2008 season, the club reached the state championship final, losing to 42-time champions Remo. Nevertheless, this result secured Águia de Marabá a berth in Copa do Brasil 2009. As of October 2008, the club is playing the final stage of Brazilian third division, the Série C.
