Żabnica [ʐabˈnit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Węgierska Górka, within Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Węgierska Górka, 13 km (8 mi) south of Żywiec, and 76 km (47 mi) south of the regional capital Katowice.
The village has a population of 3,165.
