The 1959–60 National Hurling League was the 29th season of the NHL, an annual hurling competition for the GAA county teams.[1] Tipperary won their ninth title.

Cork won, ahead of Waterford, Antrim, Dublin, Kilkenny and Wexford.

Tipperary won.
