The sixth Gulf Cup of Nations or Arabian Gulf Cup (Arabic: كأس الخليج العربي), was held in the UAE, in March 1982.

The tournament was won by Kuwait, claiming their 5th title.

Iraq also took part in the competition, but they withdrew after their match against the UAE.
