The 1985 KitKat Break for World Champions was a professional invitational snooker tournament which took place from 17 to 20 December 1985. The tournament was played at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham, and featured eight professional players.

Steve Davis and Dennis Taylor met in a final for the second time this season, following Davis' 10–9 victory in the Grand Prix earlier in the year; however, on this occasion, Taylor prevailed 9–5.[3]
