The 1993-94 French Rugby Union Championship was contested by 32 club divided in four pools. At the end of the first phase, the team placed at first four place of each pools, were admitted to the " Top 16" arranged with four pool of four teams. The first two of each pool were admitted to quarters of finals.

The four club of Périgueux, Dijon, Lyon OU and Lourdes was the newcomer, coming from "Group B" 1992-93.

Tolouse won is 11th title beating Montferrand in the final. In this Way Toulouse became, with Béziers, the winner of more title.s.[1] Montferrand, lost another final. Ath the end of the season are relagted : Mon de Marsan, Lourdes, Béziers and Lyon OU.
