The 1994-95 season in Honduran football league had 3 legs against each team and six classified to the playoffs in which the 1st played the 6th the 2nd played the 5th and the 3rd played the 4th.
Olimpia finalized first with 63 points and eliminated Marathon who were sixth, Motagua had classified as second was eliminated by the fourth place Victoria and the other series was won by Real España who defeated Real Maya.
The final round was won by Victoria which was a league where everyone played everyone. But Olimpia has won the first round had the right to play the final. The first leg was tied 0-0 in La Ceiba Victoria was led by Renan "el Chimbo" Aguilera as the captain of the team and midfielder. And at the decisive match Victoria's Enrique Centeno Renau scored the winning goal tying the match 1-1 which gave them the advantage of away goals.
Victoria's manager was the Uruguayan Julio González.
