The 1994 Portuguese Grand Prix (formally the XXIII Grande Premio de Portugal) was a Formula One motor race held on 25 September 1994 at the Autódromo do Estoril, Estoril. It was the thirteenth race of the 1994 Formula One season. The 71-lap race was won by Damon Hill driving for the Williams team. David Coulthard finished second in the other Williams, with Mika Häkkinen third in a McLaren car. Hill's win was his fifth of the season and his third consecutive win having won both the preceding Belgian and Italian Grand Prix.
As a consequence of the race, Hill reduced the gap to driver's championship leader Michael Schumacher to one point. In the Constructor's Championship, Williams took over the lead from Benetton.

- This is the last race to date where there was no former world champion in the field. There were only three former race winners: Hill, Berger and Alboreto.
