The 1999 All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 16th staging of the All-Ireland hurling championship. The championship ended on 25 September 1999.
Limerick were the defending champions, however, they were defeated in the provincial championship. Galway won the title after defeating Kilkenny by 3-13 to 2-10 in the final.
