The 2006 All-Ireland Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 23rd staging of the All-Ireland hurling championship. The championship ended on 26 August 2006.

Wexford were the defending champions, however, they were defeated in the provincial championship. Cork won the title after defeating Kilkenny by 3-15 to 1-18 in the final.[1]
