The 1999 Skate Israel was the Skate Israel competition for the 1999-2000 figure skating season. It was the 5th edition of Skate Israel to be held. Skate Israel is a senior-level international figure skating competition held in Israel. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.
The 1999 Skate Israel was held in the Canada Centre in Metulla.
