The 2006 Kremlin Cup was a tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the 17th edition of the Kremlin Cup, and was part of the International Series of the 2006 ATP Tour, and of the Tier I Series of the 2006 WTA Tour. It took place at the Olympic Stadium in Moscow, Russia from 9 October through 15 October 2006.

- It was Nikolay Davydenko's 4th title of the year, and his 9th overall. It was his 2nd win at the event after winning in 2004.
